This website cambshadi.com is set up, promoted and maintained by CAMB - Computer Audio Visual aided Matrimonial Bureau (Estd:1990), (hereinafter referred to as CAMB), which term shall, for the purposes hereof, be deemed to include its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, shareholders, directors, executives, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, accountants and any person vested with any responsibility for any task relating to the affairs of the company), having it's registered office at M/s.CAMB, No.133, Bull Temple Road, Chamarajpet, Bangalore – 560 018.

In order to register as a member of this site cambshadi.com you must agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions. This agreement may be modified by cambshadi.com time to time.

CAMB makes no warranty that, the services will meet the requirements of the members. If any information provided by the member proves to be inaccurate, CAMB has every right to refuse, terminate or delete the profile from our database any time without assigning any reason. CAMB serves only as a medium of contact information, and offer their services on best effort basis but does not take responsibility for damages caused to parties, for any acts of omission and commission that may arise between bride and groom and their parties as a result of their services. CAMB does not authenticate, vet, screen, endorse or investigate any information or assertion comprised in the matrimonial listings, or any other content CAMB accepts no responsibility for all content and information provided by the members, they should take utmost precautions in verifying the full and complete information contained in the listings submitted by the members. Nor does it in any manner whatsoever certify or attest the same to be correct or true.

2.

CAMB reserves the right to withdraw, modify the schemes if any, change their terms and conditions of service, increase or decrease the membership or other charges from time to time without any prior notice/intimation, or assigning reasons for that, and without any liability.

3.

Membership is non refundable & not transferable under any circumstances. If members fail to get suitable life-partners in one attempt, they can try again and again during the period of display, without any further charges, as new candidates are coming in every day to add to our list. Till the member gets married, the registration continues but the services will be given only after the renewal fee is paid.

4.

CAMB 's responsibility end by introducing bride and groom or their parents /parties to each other either in person, by phone or by E-mail, to go further in detail and settle the matches on their own .The news of settlement of alliances of members, registered with CAMB is to be intimated immediately by E-mail to facilitate us to update our database & help in saving the time of the other members of CAMB.

5.

Right of Admission: The right of admission vests with cambshadi.com. You become a member upon due acceptance of the Profile/Payment by cambshadi.com. Membership and rights of admission is reserved

6.

CAMB reserves the absolute right to modify or amend or delete, in any manner as it deems fit, any content of any matrimonial listing placed with CAMB in order to ensure compliance with a) the rules of such placement (which may include, without limitation, the efforts and initiatives by CAMB to maximise response to matrimonial listings), b) prima facie accuracy and c) the prevailing laws in force for the time being, especially those relating to prohibition of any indecent, unlawful or obscene content.

7.

By listing a matrimonial profile, or a link, or any content or listing, with CAMB, the person or persons making or posting such listing, and the person or persons responsible for such posting or listing, shall be deemed to have agreed to hold CAMB harmless and protected against any suit or plaint, civil, pecuniary or criminal, and against any claims or damages (including, without limitation, interests, fines and penalties) which may be brought against or levied on CAMB on account of any matter arising out of, or relating to, such posting or listing.

CAMB reserves the right to, but is not obliged to, carry out verification either through an authorised representative or through a third party, of the accuracy of the details provided in the registration form.

9.

The membership ceases immediately after the member's marriage is over. Hence it is the bounden duty of the member to inform CAMB to cancel their membership soon after their marriage is over.

10.

Postal Correspondence or Telephonic contacts will be made to the other matches only when their requirements match with your profile/bio-data

11.

CAMB shall not furnish the address and Telephone number of other matches through telephone. The same may be obtained thorough post or e-mail after sending a request through post or e-mail and not over a telephonic call

12.

For Offline members:

A.	Clients should furnish a photograph to enable to avail the best services from CAMB. If the client does not furnish his/her/photograph, correspondence will not be made with the selected matches.
B.	CAMB does not correspond with such client/s who have not renewed the membership. But in exceptional cases if CAMB desires it may make the correspondence with such clients
C.	CAMB reserves the right of not issuing the profile/bio-data/horoscope/contact details of a client/s if that/those clients have instructed CAMB orally/in writing not to issue their profile/bio-data /horoscope/contact details without their permission.

13.

Individuals using this service must not use the facilities for junk mail, spamming or chain letters & any other unauthorized use.

14.

Do not write your contact numbers and email address in the space/fields like special requirement, describe about yourself etc. If anyone writes/enters the contact details, then their profile will be removed from the database & their membership fees will be forfeited.

15.

CAMB is not held responsible incase any Post/Courier, sent to the Client is not reached/delayed. In similar way an email sent to the Client’s email ID is not reached.

16.

The contact details of the clients will be available only to our other registered clients/members. Getting the most suitable life partner is not a easy job, but with your co-operation we can make it easy for you. You can assist us by giving all the correct information in our detailed application form such as age, ethnic background, appearance, financial status, and profession etc., E-mail addresses are disclosed to the other registered clients/members only. E-mail addresses may also be used in private correspondence with the user for customer service issues. All private information can be updated or deleted by the user at any time.

17.

CAMB presumes that each and every single member / user / visitor, who logs on to the website has an intention to get married / enter into a matrimonial alliance and not otherwise. CAMB under no circumstances shall be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service and / or any contentt posted on the web Site or transmitted to users / Members. The exchange of matrimonial profile(s) through or by CAMB should not in any way be construed as a matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from or by CAMB. CAMB shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising in/out of, or subsequent to, matrimonial relations established pursuant to use of the service provided by CAMB.

Any advice, counseling, recommendations or information provided at cambshadi.com including information of cambshadi.com members may not be necessarily correct, true or reliable, and that any reliance placed thereon and any action taken on the basis thereof shall be entirely / solely at the risk of the person or persons placing such reliance or taking such action. Visitors wishing to use the information so provided are advised to conduct their own due diligence, in respect of the site content sought to be taken advantage of, at their own initiative, cost and effort. CAMB does not advise / recommend its users / visitors to establish any contact / interaction with any other user / member / visitor or any such Profile(s) as displayed in the website based on the data / information as furnished in such users profile / photograph etc. and the user / visitor opting to build contact or interact shall do it solely at his / her own risk. CAMB cannot be held responsible or liable, in any manner whatsoever, in respect of any reliance placed on any information displayed / placed on the website, since the same purports merely to act as indicators of the general scenario in the related behalf.

CAMB is an on-line / offline service provider for its members/visitors to create their own/unique profiles envisaging certain personal (optional) information(s) are to be displayed on the net/web-site/its offices/franchisees, which information is used by visitors for searching and matching purposes. CAMB does not sell, rent, share, trade or give away any of your personal information except which is displayed and intended to be shared by its users / members / visitors including photographs displayed on site. Although CAMB shall take all reasonable precautions, CAMB shall not be responsible in case such public information / photograph of the member/user so displayed in the site is being unauthorisedly copied / printed / published / forged / superimposed / manipulated etc. or misused by any user / member / visitor. The user / member shall indemnify CAMB from all kind of loss / damages which CAMB may suffer from any activities carried out by any visitor/user/member through improper use of the service provided by CAMB.

CAMB does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of any member / visitor profile, advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed / uploaded through the service by CAMB. CAMB or any of its owners, staff or agents are not responsible under any circumstances for any action/display whether direct or indirect, which occurs as a result of online display of information in the nature of illicit material / material that may be offensive to visitors / members or is patently offensive to the on-line community or any material which may promote racism, bigotry, hatred or physical/mental harm of any kind to any group or individual or transmit any chain letters or junk mail or unsolicited mass mailing or spamming or obscene material to other users / members. CAMB does not monitor the conduct of its users/members or visitors and therefore CAMB does not take the responsibility of any conduct by its users / members or visitors who may avail / obtain / use / exploit the on-line service provided by CAMB in order to harass, abuse or harm another user/member or visitor or use the said on-line service to promote / advertise / solicit anything without their prior consent or an act in any manner which may threaten the safety of users / members.

If an Offline or Online/Offline members marriage is settled through another Online or Offline or Online/Offline member of Cambshadi.com by utilizing the services of Cambshadi.com, then the Offline or Online/Offline member will have to pay additional Marriage Settlement Charges.**

22.

CAMB reserves the right to remove / delete any content / message / photo (s) / profile or cancel the registration / membership of such individual / user either upon a complaint received from another member / user / visitor / individual / group of individuals or upon discovery of the same on its own or based on its sole judgment and perception and it shall without notice stop providing the service entitled to a user / member and forfeit all other incidental service(s) with immediate effect along with the fee/tenure of registration as well as take appropriate legal action against such visitor / user / member. By listing a profile on the website, it is deemed that the said member/user has an intention to get married and in case it appears to CAMB that at the time of listing the profile or subsequently such user / visitor had no intention to enter into a matrimonial alliance or has changed his/her intention, then CAMB shall reserve the right to remove / delete such profile from the website and initiate prosecution under the law or take such steps as may be advised from time to time. In using the website, it is deemed that the user/member agree not to post any content or views that may be considered threatening, abusive, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable or act illegally or otherwise harass another user; impersonate another or use the site for any commercial purposes; or interfere with or disrupt the operation of this site, or disobey any reasonable requirements, procedures or policies imposed by CAMB from time to time.

CAMB shall not be held responsible for any interactions/ passing of information(s) etc. between any user / member / visitor via e-mail, chat or any other mediation with another member / user / visitor and CAMB has no obligation, to monitor any such disputes between arising between the users/members and CAMB shall not be party to such dispute/litigation etc.

Websites to which links are given on Cambshadi.Com and the content thereof are the sole responsibility of the promoters of such websites and CAMB does not, in any manner whatsoever, recommend, authenticate, endorse, verify or certify these websites or any content or links there. CAMB does not take any responsibility for the privacy practice adopted by such other websites and therefore CAMB recommends its visitors / users to read the privacy statement of each and every website that the user visits. CAMB also does not take any responsibility or endorse the authenticity of the other online services linked with CAMB. The user / member / visitor of cambshadi.com shall at its sole risk and responsibility click and surf on to such other website(s) / links which is/are being displayed in the website of cambshadi.com. The user shall always bear in mind that at a single stroke/click of the mouse on such links/website, it gets connected through the Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) / Internet Protocol (IP) network of the said users and not through the IP of cambshadi.com. CAMB also does not suggest/encourage any of its users/members to furnish personal information and specially the Profile ID / User Name of cambshadi.com to such or any other website(s).

CAMB assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of User and/or Member communications. CAMB is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials / information from the web-site.

The User is solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining confidentiality of the User password and User identification and all activities and transmission performed by the User through his/her user identification and shall be solely responsible for carrying out any online or off-line transaction involving credit cards / debit cards or such other forms of instruments or documents for making such transactions and CAMB assumes no responsibility or liability for their improper use of information relating to such usage of credit cards / debit cards used by the subscriber online / off-line. CAMB uses the maximum care as is possible to ensure that all or any data / information does not fall in the wrong hands. (The weak link in credit card transaction is securely storing the data once received; therefore CAMB. to provide the highest level of security, does not store your credit card information on its server's at any time.)

CAMB does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. CAMB provides the service on an "as is" basis. However, CAMB will take all reasonable steps to provide its users with error free, uninterrupted user experience. There may be delays, omissions, and interruptions in the availability of the Service. The user/member acknowledges that use of the Service is solely at their cost and risk. CAMB is not responsible for suspension of the Service, irrespective of the reason for such interruption / suspension. Any claim shall be limited to the amount paid, if any, for use of the Service during the previous 12 months. CAMB may discontinue or change the Service or its availability at any time, and the user/member is also free to stop availing the Service at any time.

CAMB has no obligation to monitor the activities of its users/visitors. However, CAMB has the right to monitor the Site electronically from time to time and to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or other governmental request, to operate the Site properly, or to protect itself or its subscribers. CAMB will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private electronic-mail message unless required by law. CAMB also reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that, in its sole discretion, are unacceptable, undesirable, or violative of provision of law.

Non-Commercial Use by Members. The CAMB Site is for the personal use of individual members only, and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. This includes providing links to other web sites, whether deemed competitive to CAMB or otherwise. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members of CAMB and should not use the CAMB Service or Site for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Site, including unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on CAMB. CAMB reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.

31.

You may not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other Members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or junk e-mail to other CAMB Members. Although CAMB cannot monitor the conduct of its Members off the CAMB Site, it is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Service in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect CAMB and/or our Members from any abuse / misuse, CAMB reserves the right to restrict the number of communications / profile contacts & responses / e-mail which a Member may send to other Member in any 24-hour period to a number which CAMB deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

Proprietary Rights in content on CAMB. CAMB owns and retains other proprietary rights in the CAMB Site and the CAMB Service. The Site contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of CAMB, and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

You are solely responsible for the content that you publish or display or enter (hereinafter, "post") on the CAMB service, or transmit to other CAMB Members. CAMB reserves the right to verify the authenticity of content posted on the site. In exercising this right, CAMB may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the content you post on the site. If you fail to produce such evidence, CAMB may, in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.

CAMB is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Site or in connection with the CAMB Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised neither in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the CAMB Service whether online or offline. CAMB assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, User and/or Member communications. CAMB is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to Users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the CAMB Site and/or in connection with the CAMB Service. Under no circumstances will CAMB be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Site or the Service and/or any content posted on the CAMB Site or transmitted to CAMB Members. The exchange of matrimonial profile(s) through or by “CAMB" should not in any way be construed as any matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by CAMB. CAMB shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any individual arising out of, or subsequent to, matrimonial relations established pursuant to the use of CAMB. The Site and the Service are provided "AS-IS" and CAMB expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. CAMB cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the Site and/or the CAMB Service.

Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold CAMB, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable advocate’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

FORCE MAJEURE: In the event of CAMB failing to perform any obligation under this agreement as a result of strike, lock out or other labour difficulties, fire, flood, act of god, embargo, act of war, regulation or restriction of government or law or any other occurrence of circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CAMB, it shall not be liable in damages or otherwise for failure to perform that obligation and such failure shall not be deemed as deficiency of service.

By becoming a Member of the CAMB service, you agree to receive certain specific e-mails from CAMB.

This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the CAMB service, contains the entire agreement between you and CAMB regarding the use of the Site and/or the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

39.

The following is a partial list of the kind of content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. CAMB will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund. It includes content that:

i.	is patently offensive to the online community, such as content that promotes racism, bigotry , hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
ii.	harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
iii.	involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
iv.	promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
v.	promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
vi.	contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) ;
vii.	displays pornographic or sexually explicit material of any kind;
viii.	provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
ix.	provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
x.	solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users; and
xi.	Engages in commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, and pyramid schemes.
